2nd Wind Athletics is a Running Team dedicated to supporting all level of runners in the Bay Area. The 2nd Wind coaching philosophy is to ‘Train Smarter, Not Harder’. Whether it’s a 5k or Marathon, Coach Kao will develop a training program for team members customized to achieve their individual running goals. 2nd Wind Team members train and race year round, gathering weekly for group runs and track workouts. Team members can expect to pursue their individual training and racing goals while having fun and enjoying the camaraderie, encouragement and support of fellow teammates.
